Terms of service

The service

Suppose is a collaborative mind-mapping canvas: maps that branch, live collaboration, and AI that suggests without deciding. We’re in an invite-only period: you need an invitation to create an account, and the product will keep evolving while we learn from real work.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, give us accurate account details, and be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at support@letssuppose.com if you think it’s been compromised.

Your content

Your maps are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create on Suppose. You do give us the permission we need to run the product: to host, back up, transmit, and display your content to you, to the people you share it with, and to an AI provider when you invoke an AI feature. That permission exists only to operate Suppose and ends when your content is deleted.

Sharing

Maps are private until you share them. When you invite collaborators or turn on link sharing, you’re deciding who sees your content, including anonymous visitors if you share by link. Those controls are yours; use them deliberately.

AI suggestions

AI on Suppose proposes; you decide. That’s true whether you asked or the companion noticed something while you worked. Suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly confident, so review them before you rely on them. Nothing lands on your map without your say-so, and every AI edit is marked and rewindable.

Acceptable use

Be someone we’re glad to host. Don’t use Suppose to:

• break the law, or store or share content you have no right to;
• harass people, impersonate them, or distribute malware;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or try to reach maps and accounts that aren’t yours.

Fees

Suppose is free during the invite-only period. If paid plans arrive, we’ll announce them clearly and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

An honest caveat

Suppose is an early product, provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast, correct, and available, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as it grows. This is also why export is built in: your maps come out as OPML or Markdown any time you like.

Ending things

You can stop using Suppose whenever you like and ask us to delete your account at support@letssuppose.com. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll give you the chance to export your maps first.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US $50 and the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll post the update here and flag significant changes by email or in the product. Using Suppose after a change means you accept the new terms.
